CUDAHY, Circuit Judge. Paper Express, Ltd., an Illinois company, appeals from the dismissal for want of proper venue of a breach of warranty action brought in the district court. The principal issue on appeal is whether the parties contract included a valid forum-selection clause providing for exclusive venue in Germany. We affirm.
